FIX The referenced account is locked out on Windows 10/11
The Referenced Account Is Locked Windows 7. Open control panel > administrative tools> local security policy. Web every now and again when i try to login, i get a notification the referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to and i can't log in.
