Select the audio setup option under advanced. If you cant or dont want to, unplugging the tv and plugging it back in should fix the problem. Reset and keep my games & apps. Web apparently they have the nfl app in the microsoft store, i downloaded it to use with my nfl+ sub , first time it came on it had sound , navigated to a different video feed and the sound disappeared and has not come back since.
