Google Pinyin Input Permission Requested. Does anyone know why an input method needs to access a user's contacts? Web might be able to disable and hide it though, settings > apps > google pinyin > disable.

The google pinyin input is an input method (ime) optimized for typing chinese on android I deny it all the time, but it always comes back and asks again when i reboot (which is quite often).
