Reinstalled fallout 4 as well as f4se.

I'm trying to do mechanical menace, but i can't even make it past the first encounter with ada. Game started to ctd when loading in with mods, so decided to troubleshoot. So, strarted new game with the same results. Now have ctd even before new game / load save game menu appears. The only other thing i tried was to verify local cache. Turns out just installing f4se makes it ctd, even when i don't launch it with it. Reinstalled fallout 4 as well as f4se. Fallout 4 is gorgeous in 4k high my rig:
