Go to the saves folder (documents>my games> skyrim>saves) delete the files you no longer need. If you use steam, you first need to go to elder scrolls v: Delete the folder(s), in particular if you have wrye bash and/or skse installed. If you want to deleted all of them just go to the dashboard>settings>memory>games>skyrim then just press y and deleted. I think that when you turn it back on with any new saves in the folder it'll ask you if you want to overwrite the old ones. It is not an ideal solution, but it does delete them and help you conserve space. This is very helpful if you are playing a game like skyrim where you are going to end up with a ton of saves.
